Complete interior renovation.  Entire building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and technology systems were installed replaced with new. A new fire suppression system was installed.
The plumbing scope included removal and replacement of the existing sanitary sewer system below the existing slab, with connection to the existing adjacent city sanitary sewer.
